"...markedly improved working conditions for staff and the ambience of the welcoming process for patrons"
- TED HODDINOTT, MARKETING MANAGER, LISMORE WORKERS CLUBS
Lismore Workers Club situated in the town centre of Lismore has had a heat issue with their building design for over 30 years. With three floors of amber glass facing south east, the club had to address an increased heat load in their front foyer area which was making it difficult for members and guests to get out of the heat.
Working off scissors lifts outside of club operating hours, Inflector was applied to the aluminum mullions to create the thermal barrier with Inflector that was required to keep the heatout. The installation was successful as attested by Lismore Workers Clubs Marketing Manager, Ted Hoddinott,
“Since the Inflector window insulation project has been completed though, the front door area of the Club has a much improved climate for both staff and patrons. The heat transfer barrier has markedly improved working conditions for staff and the ambience of the welcoming process for patrons. For the first time it feels that the air conditioners for this area are actually doing their job!”
